National Super Alliance strategist and an economist Dr. David Ndii has hit at president Uhuru Kenyatta as a drunkard who should be in rehabilitation center.
Through his Twitter account, Dr. Ndii insisted that the head of state is alcoholic and should dismissed from the State House and taken for rehabilitation.
“Turning up drunk to work daily is ground for dismissal. If as it seems @Ukenyatta is an alcoholic, he should be in rehab, not State House,” tweeted Ndii.
He also added that his concern is that president Kenyatta, being illegitimate president, has being giving illegal orders to the police and defying court orders.
“A drunkard illegitimate president who may giving illegal orders to police, or is too drunk to know or care is my legitimate concern,” posted the NASA strategist on Twitter.
While quoting article 145 of the Kenyan constitution, Dr. Ndii also stressed on impeaching president Kenyatta on the basis of defying court orders.
“Fixing SCOK defying court orders habitual intoxication = gross misconduct ground for impeachment Art. 145-1c,” said Dr. Ndii.
