NASA’s strategist David Ndii is currently at the CID headquarters in Nairobi for questioning, ODM director of communications Philip Etale has said.

Dr. Ndii was arrested on Sunday evening by Flying Squad officers in Kwale County.

“David Ndii is currently at the CID Hqs for questioning for alleged INCITEMENT. Whom has he INCITED? He was arrested in Diani in South Coast last night and driven to Nairobi. This is an infringement of his Rights under article 50(2) of the Constitution,” Mr. Etale posted on Twitter, Monday morning.

It is believed that the economist was arrested due to his involvement in NASA’s People’s Assembly movement.
