Nyali MP contender and former KTN investigative journalist Mohamed Ali (Moha) has told off his competitors who he alleges have kicked off a smear campaign to discredit his bid to become MP.
Moha said Nyali residents know his leadership is best, expressing confidence he will triumph against his main challenger Governor Hassan Joho’s brother Said Abdallah.He made the remarks when he toured Shauriyako, Kisumu ndogo, Texas, Maweni, Kongoni and Bombolulu for campaigns.“No amount of propaganda from people with no agenda for Nyalians can stop the change idea whose time has come,” he said.“Nyalians deserve better, the days of royal dynasties are over. Nyali residents have spoken in one accord that it is time for the son of a peasant to take Nyalians to Canaan. Taking Nyali forward together,” he added.Moha is facing off against Abdallah who he accuses of rigging the ODM party primaries in his disfavour.His bid to reverse the results and obtain the ODM certificate did not succeed at Orange House.
