The Lawyer was reacting after blogger Cyprian Nyakundi was on Monday arrested at Milimani Law Courts and later taken to Muthaiga Police station.

"CS Matiang’i and PS Kibicho must concentrate on serious matters of national intelligence and security. Stop harassment of free thinkers and speakers. Everyone knows blogger Nyakundi, MPs Mbugua and Obiri or even I Havi cannot be a threat to national security," he said.

The Contraversial blogger had on April 25th this year been arrested and locked up at Muthaiga police station following allegations that he had abused Nairobi Governor Mike Mbuvi Sonko on social media.

"Nairobi Governor @MikeSonko reported to @DCI_Kenya that I Made social media posts that hurt him and demeaned his respectable office," Nyakundi said then at Muthaiga police cell.

The blogger had also revealed that among those who were behind his woes was the Kenya Power and Lighting Company Managing Director Mr Ken Tarus after questioning his academic papers.

"Kenya Power MD Ken Tarus also complained to @DCI_Kenya that I questioned his papers and accuses me of attacking the Kenya Power Company You can’t believe how ridiculous this is @ketercharles," he twitted.
