Speaking in Tetu primary school on his tour to Garissa learning institutions, the legislator said the current wave of mass exit from the opposition coalition was a result of Raila's inefficient way of administration.

“Raila has massively enslaved his Luo nation and he now wants to do the same to leaders across other parts of the country. Fortunately, those who denied to accept this kind of modern-day slavery and inefficient leadership are making the mass exodus out of the party,’' Duale said.

He also refuted claims by a section of the opposition legislators that the Jubilee government was behind the mass exit in ODM, noting that the democratic ideals of the ruling coalition were proving attractive to the broad-minded leaders.

“We in Jubilee party stand for democratic issue-based politics, ideologies, developments and equally unifying the nation while our opposition competitors stand for old-fashioned politics of ethnic balkanisation, big man syndrome, and exclusion,” he claimed.
