NASA co-principal Moses Wetangula has launched a scathing attack on Deputy President William Ruto over his stand in the political arena.
The Ford Kenya leader, who was responding to claims of nepotism following the appointment Kalonzo’s son to join EALA, Wetangula said that the deputy President has not been sincere to the Kenyans since he took over power after the last general elections.
He also said Ruto rarely condemns any wrong doing in Jubilee but is so quick to attack the opposition.
"We find it disturbing that Ruto has seen nothing wrong with and has never found it necessary to condemn the unilateral appointments by Jubilee, he said as quoted by Star.
The outspoken leader added: "This must be deeply hypocritical, merciless and extremely cynical for them to lecture NASA and Kenyans on public morality." The nomination of Wiper leader Stephen Kalonzo Musyoka’s son to join EALA has continued to attracted mixed reactions from both NASA and Jubilee leaders.
A section of leaders aligned to Wiper have said that there is nothing wrong with the nomination of the former vice presidents son to join the house. On his part, National Assembly Majority leader Aden Duale has said that he will push for the rejection of the nomination of Kennedy in parliament, terming the move as nepotism.
