According to Huche security can’t be improved if there is no unity between the county and national governments.

Huche was speaking on Wednesday at Gusii stadium during the celebrations of Madaraka Day.

She challenged residents to always work with police officers by sharing any helpful information that will be key to ensuring there is security in different parts of the county.

“Kisii county will have sufficient security under my leadership but let all of us work together with the police officers to make it successful,” said Huche.

The county commissioner also ordered those who practice the business of making and selling ‘Sukari Nguru ‘ in Kisii County to get a license permit to conduct the business but warned them against using Sukari Nguru in making chang’aa that had already been banned by the government.
