Parents have been flocking book-selling stores ahead of the re-opening of schools next week.According to them, the books for the new curriculum are yet to hit the shelves of bookshops, a development that has them deeply worried.''We came expecting to get the books, unfortunately, the booksellers have told us that they are yet to receive the books. Seems like we will have to wait even longer,'' Damaris Akoth, a parent says.Booksellers on their part are saying that they have not yet received any official correspondence from the government on when the new curriculum books will be available.
