If you want to travel along Thika road or its surroundings the best matatus that will get you there with much ease are No.44 which pass by the Safari Park hotel and Thika Road Mall. People heading to kasarani stadium or Garden city mall should boarder route No.17.
2. Eastleigh, Pangani, Ngara areas
Matatu No.9 or No.6 will safely take you to these areas. These matatus are located in the CBD opposite National fire station and at Moi Avenue near Kenya National Archives.
3. Jogoo road
Going to Embakasi, Donholm, Fedha Estate and JKIA, you take No.34. If you are heading to any of the Umoja Phases then use No. 35/60.
4. Waiyaki Way
This is the route to follow when heading towards Kempinski, Delta Towers, Safaricom Headquarters, J's Fresh Bar and Kitchen and Kikuyu. You can take No. 105 which can be boarded at the Odeon Cinema.
5. Ngong Road
Heading to iHub, Prestige Plaza, Adams Arcade, The Junction Mall or the Ngong Racecourse, the best route is matatu No.14 which can be found at the Railway station in the CBD.
