Jubilee brigade has now changed their tone towards IEBC and called told the commission's chair Wafula Chebukati to step down if he can't put his house in order.
Speaking at Ogembo on Thursday President Uhuru Kenyatta said they are keen to ensure that no constitutional crisis is witnessed in Kenya and told IEBC to work independently as per the regulations of the constitution.
"We don't want IEBC to fall into NASA's trap but work independently and their chair should be on his feet to ensure by October 26, Kenyans chose the leader of their choice," said Kenyatta.
Kenyatta told locals to get ready for the upcoming presidential polls are support his bid.
Uhuru is currently holding a number of political rallies in Kisii and Nyamira counties.
