A lobby group, Kenya Independent Commissions Workers Union, also moved to court to challenge the new changes made by the Electoral body's chairman Wafula Chebukati ahead of the October 17 presidential repeat poll.Chiloba has however said he has not instructed anyone to go to court on his behalf."Let it be known that I have not instructed anyone to go to Court on my behalf on any matter. We make progress if we avoid sideshows," Chiloba wrote on his twitter handle, Thursday.The new team appointed include Marijan Hussein Marijan, Salome Oyugi, Decimah Mmanyi, Crispine Owiye, Joseph Ayatta, Joyce Ekuam, Tabitha Mutemi, Limus Onyango, and Caroline Manyange.
