Newly elected Kitutu Chache South member of Parliament Richard Onyonka has warned Jubilee affiliated leaders for ignoring opposition leader Raila Odinga and said they will come to regret when it is too late.
Speaking on Thursday shortly after meeting Kisii governor James Ongwae, Onyonka said Raila's well-calculated moves are geared towards uniting the nation which President Uhuru Kenyatta and his Deputy William Ruto have failed to since 2013.
"Uhuru and his regime has ignored negotiations with our leader Raila Odinga to get an amicable solution to the current political stalemate but with time they will realise Raila is always right once he makes a move," said Onyonka.
The MP said the Gusii region is ready to work alongside NASA and form people's assembly to ensure that Raila and the oppositions' agenda is adhered to.
