Speaking on Monday in Thika Town Ng’ang’a said that she will not support any move by the court to oppress the public.

She noted that the public have been depending on CDF kitty for bursary and other development projects.

The lawmaker said that the MPs, both CORD and Jubilee, are in talks to ensure they set strategies on how to make amendments which will help them retain the CDF kitty.

She has however insisted that the governors despite being so happy about the fund scrapping by the court have not shone any efforts to utilise the ‘little’ they were given by the National Government.

"Most of them took back the money they were given to the treasury despite having not completed the development projects," said Ng'ang'a.

She has called on the fellow law makers to give a handful support to the move of retaining the fund so as to ensure the grass roots public are catered for saying that the county government has failed in the service delivery to all parts of their respective counties.
