DP William Ruto was yet again on the receiving end following his latest altercation with Baringo senator Gideon Moi.
The two were campaigning along with President Uhuru Kenyatta when Rutto was booed by locals on Monday after trying to campaign for Moi’s opponent.
And fiery Emurua Dikir MP Johanna Ng’eno has yet again cautioned Ruto against intimidating Rift Valley leaders who are opposed to his leadership adding that he will be de-whipped in August.
“This man never ceases to amaze me. He keeps on targeting leaders who are opposed to his bankrupt ideologies instead of focusing on how to work for the people.
“The Kalenjin people are tired with his arrogance and we shall tame him in August. I really feel for Kenyatta because he is going home just due to arrogance of one person,” he said.
Before publically supporting opposition leader Raila Odinga, Ng’eno had given Kenyatta a one week ultimatum to tame his deputy.
He is one of the leading opposition figures in South Rift along with Bomet Governor Isaac Ruto who also doubles as NASA fifth principal.
