A section of Kiambu MCAs have threatened to sue Ngewa MCA Karungo Thang'wa for publicly announcing how they voted in a motion which will see county government purchase vehicles to ward administrators.
Speaking on Kameme Fm Tuesday morning Thangw'a publicly announced how the MCAs voted in the bill.
The MCAs claims that Thang'wa ashamed them by announcing how each of them voted for the bill, which he (Thang'wa) opposed.
On his part Thang'wa has maintained that he did nothing wrong by telling the public how the MCAs voted.
"It is a democratic right for anyone to go to court if they feel aggrieved. I however don't see any weight in this matter because what I said is the truth and I can repeat it again and again," said Thang'wa.
Thang´wa said that it is the right of voters who elected them to know how they conduct business and even vote in the assembly.
"If they thought they were voting in secret to please the governor, they should know that Wanjiku who elected us must also know these things," added Thang´wa.
The fierce critic of Governor Kabogo revealed that he has also asked the assembly Speaker to release the hansard of that session so that the public can also know the contribution the members made.
