Charity Ngilu has attacked Deputy President William Ruto for what she terms as an appetite for land.
Speaking during the official launch of NASA presidential campaigns, Ngilu lashed at DP Ruto without mentioning names but referring to incidences where Ruto’s name was mentioned. The Lang’ata Priamsy saga involved an entity affiliated to the DP that led to pupils being teargased after activist Boniface Mwangi involved them in the protests.
“There is a person who always wants to grab land. The person even does not care about children to the extent og grabbing their playing field. Let us unite to send UhuRuto home,” Ngilu said.
The aspiring governor lamented at how Kenya has taken long to eradicate poverty but promised to support Raila Odinga and Kalonzo Musyoka in their quest to save Kenya from poverty. Mama Ngilu urged NASA not to segregate other tribes like Kikuyu and Kalenjin who are dominantly in Jubilee.
“We cannot talk about poverty for 54 years. We will walk with you Raila Odinga Day and night to take to State house. Please remember even the Kikuyu and Kalenjin who are hungry Kenyans,” said Ngilu.
