[Photo/the-star.co.ke]Kitui governor, Charity Ngilu, has held high-level talks with India's High Commissioner to Kenya, Suchitra Durai, aimed at helping her fund her ambitious manifesto.The governor also sought preferential treatment from India for green grams from the county.Ngilu also sought India's collaboration in the development of Kitui's cottage industry.The Commissioner accepted Ngilu's invitation to visit Kitui County which is expected to happen later next year.Ngilu's meeting with the Commissioner happened in Nairobi.
