Former Lands Cabinet Secretary and veteran Ukambani politician Charity Ngilu has described President Uhuru Kenyatta and his Deputy William Ruto as "unthankful."
Speaking on Friday during a meeting at Machakos Golf Club, the Narc Party leader accused the pair of shortchanging her despite delivering the Ukambani vote during the 2013 general elections, urging the community to vote out Jubilee.
She noted that there is nothing the community can gain under the Jubilee adminstration.
"Jubilee banked on me during the 2013 election for the Ukambani vote only for them to pay me with a donkey's kick," she said.
She further exuded confidence that the NASA coalition will beat Jubilee during the forthcoming general elections."The current Jubilee formation is the same KANU we beat in 2002. This time round, we will actually beat them much easier," she said.
Ngilu was appointed Lands CS when Jubilee won the presidential elections, but was unceremoniously sacked in 2015.
She is now eyeing the Kitui gubernatorial seat on a Narc ticket.
