[Photo/kenyatoday.com]Kitui Governor Charity Ngilu has suffered a blow after a court granted a petitioner seeking the annulment of her victory his request for a partial scrutiny of votes in the Kitui gubernatorial contest.Former governor Julius Malombe contends that the election of Governor Ngiku was plagued by irregularities and requested a court to order the recount of votes in stations he identified.Lady Justice Pauline Nyamweya ordered the recount to begin on January 23.The process will be supervised by the registrar of the Kitui High Court.Compilation of the findings will be done after the recount and highlighted in court on February 9.
