Kitui Governor Charity Ngilu has launched a scathing attack on President Uhuru Kenyatta’s Jubilee government saying it does not deserve another term in office.

Ngilu says that UhuRuto’s administration has allegedly frustrated and undermined the rights of Kenyans.

Addressing supporters in Zombe, Kitui East on Monday, the governor said that Uhuru’s administration has failed to meet the core campaign pledges it made to Kenyans five years ago.

The NARC party leader said that UhuRuto’s administration must be voted out at all means since it cannot deliver and will never deliver.

“Kenyans  have been taken for granted for many years and must this time humble down non-performing Jubilee leaders through the ballot,” she said as quoted by Kituionline.com (http://www.kituionline.com/2017/10/17/jubilee-cant-deliver-wont-deliver-says-ngilu/)

Ngilu said that Kenyans are very bitter with Jubilee regime for allegedly discriminating and marginalizing communities, failing to fight corruption and entertaining tribalism.

“Kenyans are tired, bitter and angry with this regime and we should not waste time talking about visionless leaders who have messed up the country,” she added.

Ngilu at the same time lauded NASA leader Raila Odinga and Deputy Kalonzo Musyoka’s decision to pull out from the October 26 repeat presidential election.

The Kitui governor said that there is no need of Raila and Kalonzo participating in a sham election whose result has allegedly been predetermined in favour of Jubilee.

The Kitui governor accused the IEBC of blocking electoral reforms which she said are necessary for transparent, fair and credible election.

Ngilu however called for peace and unity among Kenyans despite the heated and uncertain political environment.

On Monday during Jubilee rally in Kitui, President Kenyatta and his deputy William Ruto hit out at NASA leaders accusing them of planting seeds of disunity among Kenyans.

The president claimed that NASA’s withdrawal from the repeat October 26 presidential poll is an act of fear.

The president maintained that the repeat poll will go on as scheduled whether NASA participates or not.

The head of State also hit out at NASA’s daily anti-IEBC protests saying they are creating unnecessary fear and anxiety  in  the country.

He appealed to the Kamba community to endorse his second term in the October 26 repeat poll pledging to spearhead development in the region.
