Kitui Governor Charity Ngilu has warned Jubilee government against under-rating NASA's push to swear in Raila Odinga.Addressing  Mutomo resident in Kitui on Thursday, the former Lands Cabinet Secretary (CS) said that NASA means business with the swearing-in f Raila Odinga and Kalonzo Musyoka.The NARC party leader accused Jubilee administration of blowing off chance for electoral reforms dialogue with the opposition.The Kitui county boss said that Jubilee government should be ready for Raila's presidency.Ngilu while supporting the planned swearing-in said that the country is tired of alleged tyranny leadership perpetuated by Jubilee administration."Jubilee government should blame itself for dismissing off NASA's quest for electoral reforms dialogue and get ready for Raila's rule beginning January 30," she said.Ngilu said that that Jubilee's threats will not stop Raila and Kalonzo from taking oath as the people's president and deputy respectively."Threats and intimidation will not work and I ask the police to ensure that security is provided for NASA supporters and Kenyans who will attend Raila's swearing in on January 30," she added.Ngilu at the same time hit out at his Machakos counterpart Alfred Mutua for questioning NASA people's assembly.He said that the people's assembly is well articulated in Chapter one of the constitution and critics should back off.The Kitui county boss urged Kenyans to remain peaceful and support NASA's reforms agenda.NASA plans to swear in Raila and Kalonzo on January 30 even as the government terms the planned activity illegal and highly treasonous.
