A primary school in Kisii County that was closed after its toilets were grounded has received a donation from a local Non-Governmental organisation.
Mr Edward Rolling the Wings Africa representative said that the move will ensure that normal learning resumes in the school.
"The Government should ensure that it chips in and assists such schools because students have stayed for over two weeks without going to school," said Mr rolling.
He said that the initial state of the grounded toilets was a threat to the health of many pupils in the school.
The school head teacher Kefa Sese could not hide his joy as he welcomed the NGO to put up toilets in the school.
"I thank the organisation for coming to our aid and we shall ensure classes resume next week," said Sese.
