Controversial political pundit Mutahi Ngunyi now dares Raila Odinga to go ahead and 'die if he wishes to'.
On Tuesday at Kitui, Odinga insisted that he is ready to die by taking the oath of office, moments after Attorney General Githu Muigai warned him of treason.
"I want to answer Githu Muigai and his boss (Uhuru Kenyatta). I am ready to die by taking oath of office if that is the price I will have to pay to achieve electoral reforms," Odinga said.
But Ngunyi, who was once linked to NYS scam, accused Odinga of thriving on 'threats' adding that the veteran leader did not require permission to die.
"If Raila wants to die, no one has stopped him. He can die if that makes him happy. He does not need our permission. He should stop threats," he said on his Twitter.
Opposition team has vowed to ensure Raila takes oath of office, based on August elections which they claim that he won.
