Mutahi Ngunyi has explained how NASA presidential candidate Raila Odinga will lose the August 8 elections and force another coalition government as he did in 2007.
In his weekly analysis, Urgent Letter to Uhuru Kenyatta regarding NASA: Footnotes to Raila that Mr. Odinga will force another grand coalition like he did in 2007 by making the country ungovernable.
“Mr Odinga will force another grand coalition by making the country ungovernable. First, he will claim the elections were stolen and he will declare himself the president,” Ngunyi stated as quoted by a local daily.
The political analyst says that Odinga will apply the same 2007 tricks but with the help of a parallel tallying center. He opines that Raila will declare himself the winner and instruct his followers to go to the streets so that he gets part of the government.
He also advised President Uhuru Kenyatta to deceit from the development agenda talk and start selling his manifesto alongside his deputy William Ruto.
The two have been concentrating on outlining what they have achieved in the first term in office. However, this has been disputed by NASA and other citizens based on the high cost of the projects, poor prioritization and regional bias.
