Controversial political analyst Mutahi Ngunyi has been roasted online for attacking Judiciary and NASA.
Ngunyi suggested that the two are co-conspirators after skipping the opening ceremony of the 12th parliament. All NASA affiliated MPs except Webuye East MP Alfred Sambu boycotted the ceremony graced by President Uhuru Kenyatta. Seats reserved for Judiciary remained empty prompting Ngunyi’s comments.
"Judiciary and NASA boycott parliament. Are they co-conspirators? My 63rd out of 52 columns," read Ngunyi’s tweet.
The tweet got more than 150 retweets and a number of them demanded that the partisan political analyst should style up. Here are some of the responses that did not take Ngunyi’s sentiments lightly as reported by the Star.
"Co-conspirators for justice and truth. Unlike NYS connivers who cannot boycott a chance to loot," one twitter user said in reference to Ngunyi’s mention in the NYS scandal.
"And Mr "know it all", do you think it is ok for Uhuru to call the Judiciary thugs? He is yet to apologise. Why should they attend then?" asked Dennis Gwaro.
"Are you sure they would have allowed "wakoras" in their midst?” asked Boaz Sitati referring to President Uhuru Kenyatta’s response to Supreme Court ruling.
"The taste of NYS has made a fraudulent analyst deem himself as a political sorcerer. Witchcraft is real," Machuki Barongo said.
"Kindly spare us your political sorcery...there is a reason you don't command any respect in the political science community," James Mutunga said as reported by the Star.
