A Nairobi court has jailed a Nigerian national who had earlier been deported for sneaking back into the country without authority.
Emmanuel Inobemhe was in June sent back to Nigeria but is reported to have sneaked back into the country on September 20.
Inobemhe was also being investigated by the Anti-Terrorism Police Unit over terrorism deals.
Chief Magistrate Daniel Ogembo on Friday found Inobemhe guilty and termed the offense serious and one that touched on the security of Kenya.
He was handed a three-year jail term.
The Nigerian is also facing charges of drug trafficking and the case will be heard on November 8.
