The National Intelligence Service (NIS) has formally joined the search for missing Eldoret lawyer Simon Lilan.
Lilan made headline s when he claimed that the late nominated MP Mark Too was assassinated due to vasr wealth and political influence.
He went to court seeking to stop the burial of Too until a proper probe was conducted into the death of Too.
Lilan went missing five days ago after making the sensational claims.
According to the Star, Lilan's mobile phone data has already be collected.
The Law Society of Kenya has also raised concerns over what it termed as rising cases of missing lawyers.
