The boss of the Kenya Revenue Authority has refused to speak about the authority's succession plan.He has however maintained that he is focused on ensuring that KRA has all the tools it needs to be able to collect revenue more efficiently.The controversial activist, Okiya Omtatah, has been seeking his removal in the courts.When challenged by a journalist on whether he intends to go home since he turns 60 next Tuesday, the KRA simply said,'' I will not comment.''
