Jubilee Alliance members of parliament from Nakuru County are ready to start selling and popularising the newly formed Jubilee Alliance Party in the county.
Njoro Member of Parliament Joseph Kiuna has said that they will start traversing the county's eleven constituencies to let the residents know the importance of the new party and why it was formed.
Speaking at Njoro town on Tuesday, Kiuna said that Nakuru County stands to benefit most from the formation of the new party and called on all Jubilee Alliance members to support the new party.
“The party is not being formed just for the sake of it but as a party that will create a permanent bond between the different communities living in counties like Nakuru which have suffered greatly as a result of tribal politics and tribal hatred,” he said.
“We will move from Kuresoi to Subukia to let our people know that Jubilee is the party of choice. Nakuru is fully behind the new party and we will be the first people to join it as life members because all members of parliament from Nakuru have agreed to move from village to village to popularize the jubilee party," he added.
Kiuna said that those opposed to the new party are yet to understand its importance and as soon they realise they will join it.
