Interior Cabinet Secretary Joseph Nkaisserry has ordered the arrest and prosecution of youth who banned a van during the ODM rally in Mathare on Sunday.

The youth were captured on Camera burning the vehicle after claiming that the driver had hit one of them. 

Through government spokesperson Eric Kiraithe, Nkaisserry said that those behind the damage should traced and prosecuted. 

He further ordered the organizers of the rally to compensate the van owner.
