Kibagendi said this on his Facebook post on Friday, adding that Ruto’s presidential bid is unstoppable.

He said there is no stopping him from getting to presidency since he has gained ground across the country.

He noted that Ruto is busy strategizing and initiating projects while his competitors are making speeches on how they will win by a landslide.

"Not a handshake will stop DP William Samoei Ruto from becoming the next president. Stopping him is inches away from impossible.” Kibagendi said.

He also said that Ruto has been working relentlessly to ensure the government fulfills its promises and also working day and night to connect with people especially opinion leaders across the country.

On Thursday, Ruto attended four groups from different parts of the country while his possible challenger (Baringo Senator Gideon Moi) was busy hosting guests at his home ground in Kabarak.

The Kisii politicians also told Ruto’s critics to continue with speculations but also understand that Ruto does not have a worthy challenger, at least not now or 2022.

He also said that in case one competitor is produced, it will take him 10 years to connect with the ground.

Kibagendi warned that if a candidate is produced that he had whipped before, it will be 'minced meat' for him.
