[Photo|Eddy Illah]Kisumu Governor Prof Anyang Nyong'o has maintained NASA's stand, that there will be no fresh presidential elections until the IEBC makes fundamental changes within its system.Addressing faithfuls at St Stephens ACK Church in Kisumu, the governor said, as currently constituted IEBC cannot conduct a credible election after it fraudulently declared President Uhuru Kenyatta, the winner in August 8 general elections. "Kenyans need election on a levelled playing field supervised by a neutral referee," Nyong'o told the IEBC, Sunday.He was accompanied by Kisumu Woman Representative Rosa Buyu, Kisumu County Assembly Speaker Onyango Oloo and a host of MCAs from the county.
