Homa Bay Senator Moses Kajwang' has clarified that the National Super Alliance (NASA) will not boycott  the  October elections but make sure it does not happen at all.

According to Kajwang', NASA will ensure the elections do not happen in October if certain issues affecting IEBC are not looked into.In his view, the senator believes issues such as change of certain IEBC commissioners, scrutiny of KIEMS kits among other issues should be looked into first before the October elections.

"NASA will not keep off the October elections but will ensure the elections are not held at all. There are certain issues affecting IEBC that if not looked into then the set October 17th date will have to be changed," said Kajwang'.

"However, we will not outlive the 60 days as dictated by the constitution. What we will do is only change the date and reschedule it later but within the set days," added Kajwang'.

Speaking during a radio show on Sunday, he reiterated that it is mandatory for the country to hold credible elections once and help save taxpayers' money lost through repeat elections.
