The Jubilee lawmaker challenged Governor John Nyagarama to focus on leaving a good legacy by ensuring that there is proper use of public funds.

“Corruption has been on the rise because Nyagarama has allowed his close allies and family members to misuse and misappropriate funds. Some projects in the county which were initiated don’t exist and county MCAs should not approve funds to do ghost projects in the region,” he said.

Mose said Nyagarama should stop unnecessary cries that his opponents are frustrating his work.

“Nyagarama claimed that he won elections fairly, why should he blame his opponents for his slow service delivery? Let him concentrate in serving the people of Nyamira to improve roads, health centers, education and security,” he noted.

The lawmaker urged County MCAs to pass laws and Bills based on development for the purpose of improving lives of Nyamira people.
