NASA leader Raila Odinga has asked his supporters to skip work on Monday ahead of a major announcement.

Raila said that he was set to make a major announcement on Tuesday and until then, nobody should go to work.

"Kesho hakuna kazi kwa sababu Jumanne tutatangaza mwelekeo ... Leo sitaki kusema mengi ... nitaongea kesho kutwa."

"Tomorrow there will be no work because on Tuesday we will announce the way forward. I don't want to say too much today, I will speak on Tuesday," he told his supporters at Kamukunji grounds on Sunday.

This was the first time the NASA leader was coming to the public after he was trounced by President Uhuru Kenyatta in the general elections.
