MCAs allied to Jubilee in Kisii County have said that they don't have numbers to oppose the people's assembly motion.

Kisii central ward MCA Kefa Mogaka said NASA members in the House are many and will pass the motion even without them participating.

"We are the minority in the House. We have no powers to hinder the motion from going through,'' he said.

He said NASA MCAs in the county are ready to adopt the motion but Jubilee members are yet to make a decision over the same.

"We in Jubilee whether we skip or not, the motion has to be passed due to the high numbers of our opponents. We are still figuring out on what we should do when the motion will be brought for debate in the House", he noted.

Last week nominated ODM MCA Eric Janganya said the motion is in the last stages of preparations and will be tabled in the Assembly to be debated on.
