Boinnet, who was speaking during an interview on NTV, said the withdrawal is purely a security concern and has no relation with the political difference between the two and the head of state.

He however cited that the withdrawal was due to security offences the two committed, but declined to reveal details of the offences.

He conversely assured the other 45 governors of fully enjoying their security since they have not committed any security offence.

The two governors' security personnel was withdrawn without clear reason on Friday, with many terming the move political as it came only a day after they leaders engaged the president during a rally in the region.
