Nakuru Women Representative Mary Njoki Mbugua has advised candidates to work hard.
Speaking over the weekend at Bondeni Primary and City Mission secondary schools in Nakuru, the legislator challenged learners to engage in serious studies for a better generation and nation at large.
“There are no shortcuts to success but it is earned through hard work so my appeal to you girls and boys is to shun the shortcuts and rather work hard to earn from your hard work.We need you as a nation in development,” she said.
Mbugua donated sanitary towels to girls in the two schools.
