National Olympics Committee Kenya (NOCK) Deputy Treasurer Stephen Arap Soi appeared before a Nairobi Milimani court over the Rio fiasco.

He has been absent from court on three different mention dates alleging illness.

Senior resident magistrate Hellen Onkwani granted a Sh200,000 cash bail with conditions that he should keep off NOCK offices, deposit passport in court, report to the police station two days every week until the next mention date 19th September 2016.

The court maintained a ruling made on 1st September, he will ot leave the country without the knowledge of the court.

Mr Soi was also the Chied De Mission of the Kenya Olympics Team to Rio De Janeiro.
