President Uhuru Kenyatta has said that there is no need for the Jubilee politicians to panic concerning the law barring party hopping as the government will award jobs to those who will lose.

Speaking at a political rally in Tana River on Friday, Uhuru said that those who will not get a slot during the party nominations will still be given different posts in the government that will be formed.

''Those who will lose will have to wait and let the winners serve. The government is big and we will find posts for them in the government," he said.

The president who was accompanied by his deputy William Ruto and several MPs also called upon area governor Hussein Dado to join the party or be left out.

He was in the county to launch the construction of a 129km road which will connect Bura with Madogo in Garissa county and also commission equipment worth 400m to improve the Hola hospital.
