Tusker FC head coach George Nsimbe has expressed his dissatisfaction  with his club’s 1-1 draw against Mauritian side AS Port Louis in their opening match of the CAF Champions League.

Tusker had taken a lead in the match after Shaffik Batambuze scored on the 28th minute. However,  Guikan Ephrem equalized on the 48th minute.

Nsimbe, in post-match interviews promised to do better in the return match.

“I am really not pleased with the result because we really wanted to win at home. But all in all we will work from where we are and push for a victory in Mauritius.

The two teams will meet in the return leg to be played in Mauritius in two weeks’ time.

Tusker qualified to play in the continental tournament after winning the 2016 Sportpesa Premier League title, which they bagged with one match at hand to end Gor Mahia’s three year dorminance.
