NASA flag bearer Raila Odinga claims that late Maasai kingpin William Ntimama predicted his victory moments to his death late last year.
Ntimama, a former ODM diehard worked with Odinga since 2007 before leading a delegation of elders to State House in honor to invitation of President Uhuru Kenyatta.
While campaigning in Narok on Wednesday, Odinga said Ntimama lauded his effort to save Mau forest from invasion adding that he blessed his 2017 bid.
“I have come here several times and you have supported me always. I want to assure you that this time we are keen to win the seat because they won’t rig anymore.
“Even Ntimama said I would lead the country and this is the year. I remember when I visited him at his Nairobi home and we talked passionately about Kenyan politics,” said Odinga.
During Ntimama’s requiem mass last year, Odinga clashed with President Uhuru Kenyatta when he claimed that Ntimama was not confident with Jubilee.
The veteran leader had made a surprise when he vowed to work with Jubilee administration in his sunset days.
