George Kariuki who claims to be the son of the late William Ntimama has moved to court seeking orders to exhume the late politician's body for a DNA test to confirm that he is the biological son of Mzee Ntimama.

In court documents filed on Tuesday, Kariuki wants Ntimama's body exhumed to extract tissue samples for DNA test.

Kariuki aged 60 hit headlines during the death of Ntimama and claimed that he was the biological son of Ntimama and he has a right to inherit family property. 

This comes after the High Court declined to stop Ntimama's burial on September 14 for DNA tests to be done. 

The case will be mentioned on December 20, 2016.
