The National Transport and Safety Authority (NTSA) is set to issue out the smart digital driving license before the year ends.
According to the authority, it is finalising on the roll-out expected to enhance efficiency.
“Public announcements on how to acquire the Smart DL will be made in due course. To access our online services, kindly log on to www.ntsa.go.ke, click on TIMS and Register your Account,” wrote the Authority on its Facebook page.
In March NTSA signed a Sh2.1 billion contract with the National Bank of Kenya for the supply of smart driving licenses.
