A South African firm has sued the National Transport and Safety Authority NTSA over registration.

Safe Rider Vehicle Technology limited has sued the transport regulator after allegedly failing to register its agent.

According to the company, NTSA has deliberately denied them an opportunity to install, certify and inspect vehicles speed governors.

The company claims that it has been certified by the Kenya Bureau of Standards.

In a matter certified agent, the firm wants the high court to compel NTSA to register them so that they can conduct business.
