[Photo/businessdailyafrica.com]As road carnage continues to claim lives and hog headlines, the National Transport Authority has mounted a series of roadblocks to control the grim situation on Kenyan roads.Francis Mejja, the embattled NTSA boss, has said the move is aimed at purging the roads of reckless drivers and ensuring that traffic rules and regulations are followed to the letter.''We have mounted the roadblocks so that we can get hold of drivers who are violating traffic rules and regulations. We have arrested quite a number and we will be arraigning them in court soon,'' Mr. Mejja said in a telephone conversation with a leading local media outlet.
