ODM deputy director of communications, Seth Odongo, now says the electoral body, had already planned to rig the fresh presidential election.
Popularly known as Dikembe Disembe, Odongo said everything had been put in place, to ensure President Uhuru Kenyatta beats his closest rival, Raila Odinga, in the October 26 polls, before the Opposition leader withdrew his candidature.
Led by Odinga, and Kalonzo Musyoka, the National Super Alliance said it would not participate in the election, before reforms are undertaken at the polls body.
Odongo, in a social media post, Saturday, released what he said, were numbers of how IEBC, had planned to rig Odnga out, and give Uhuru a landslide victory, as indicated below:
"How IEBC had planned to rig it: Uhuru Kenyatta: 7,208,013 Raila Odinga: 5,086,208 Others: 189,456 Spoilt votes: 92,567 Voter turnout - 65%. Uhuru - 57.31% Raila -40.44%."
During the August 8 elections, where IEBC chairman Wafula Chebukati, announced Uhuru winner, before it was nullified, Nasa, through its Chief Agent Musalia Mudavadi, said 'undoctored' results of the presidential election indicated Raila led incumbent.
"The data, which confirm the authentic and legitimate result of the presidential election, shows that the two leading candidates obtained the following votes: Raila Amolo Odinga 8,041726 votes, Uhuru Kenyatta 7,755,428 votes," said Mudavadi, during a press briefing.
