CS Cleopas Mailu has been told to stop lying that nurses have returned to work.
The nurses have also denied a report that their leaders have been called for a consultative meeting with Council of Governors.
KNUN Secretary-General Seth Panyakoo disputed the claims saying they have not received any communication from the ministry.
"How do you sit down to discuss the impact of the strike by nurses? That is a misplaced priority. The only way to solve this stalemate is by ending the strike, which will involve coming up with a return-to-work formula that will capture the contents of our CBA,” said the official.
They have further disputed CoG reports that 60 percent of be nurses have resumed work.
