Barely two days after president Uhuru Kenyatta confirmed that he will be working with Education cabinet secretary Dr Fred Matiang'i now Former CIC chairman Charles Nyachae has hinted that he may be the lucky one to be joining Uhuru's government.

According to Nyachae, the president has good plans for the Gusii community and he will consider one of the top Jubilee leaders who lost to join Matiang'i to the cabinet.

Speaking at Itumbe area on Saturday Nyachae said that the president is looking into appointing at least two cabinet secretaries from the area because they supported him in the August polls.

"Gusii people are in President Uhuru Kenyatta's heart for we supported him fully and that's why he confirmed Matiang'i and we are sure he will award one of us," said Nyachae.

In the recent past, Nyachae has been pushing the Jubilee government to appoint at least two cabinet secretaries from the area.

President Uhuru Kenyatta named six cabinet secretaries and Kenyans are eagerly waiting for the next slot.
