A section of Nyacheki ward residents has denied allegations of receiving fake money from Jubilee agents.

According to some of the residents interviewed they have been called upon to vote forJjubilee candidate and receive some little 'tip off' but they have not seen fake currency as some of the ODM agents claim.

Rodgers Orwaru a shopkeeper in Nyacheki market said that if their would be fake currency then they would be the one who would be the first one to get and added that they haven't heard of any case.

"The only thing I can tell is that there is a circulation of Sh200 notes and they are all new and I am sure they came about when the by-election campaigns started," he said.

Another trader in the market Evans Nyabaro also denied that their is circulation of fake currency.

This comes barely a day after the ODM supporters accused some of the Jubilee agents for circulating fake currency in the area.
